What is that? Its a combination of HIIT (high intensity interval training) and lifting (weight training). Its the workout program I'm doing now, and it's only FOUR days a week! Its helped me prepare for obstacle courses, move without pain, and eat nutritionally. I love it! Check it out.Podcast #74 - Labels

November 25, 2018 04:38 PM PST
When you’re passionate about anything in life, do you look at it nonchalantly as in a hobby? Or do you dive in 100% headfirst and go all out to make it happen? Can be anything. Sometimes, you have to “turn it up” to get the results that you want. I go into it with this podcast. I’m very passionate about this topic.Podcast#71 - Expectations vs. Reality

We all go through it, we all know how it feels, no doubt you've been there. The difference between what we want versus what really is. What we hope to be versus what actually happens. How do we adjust our expectations to match or reality? Or do we adjust our reality to meet our expectations?Podcast#70 - First Step

Every first step in life is always challenging and difficult. Look at babies trying to walk. People learning to drive. Cooking on your own. Managing stuff.

Over the years, I've listened to a lot of personal development. One of the concepts that really stood out in my mind was the word - opportunity. I first heard it from an audio program by Jim Rohn in 2010. In life, there are always opportunities, we have to look for them. Opportunities are everywhere, its just a choice whether or not to pursue them.Podcast#68 - A Life of Resilience
October 09, 2018 01:11 PM PDT
Few years ago, I was looking for a word that would describe the challenges (or trials and tribulations) of live that I've experienced. I came across this word because it really resonated with me - resilience. Pronounced RE ZILL EE ENCE.
I have experienced challenges throughout my life ranging from epilepsy to scoliosis to injuries to health problems, life lessons, as well as setbacks. Since 2010 I’ve been reading and listening to personal development books to inspire, encourage, and motivate my mind. As a former personal trainer, I know the first hand importance of exercising and eating well.
I am an active Beachbody Coach working out with Beachbody programs to prepare for fitness events and take care of myself in life.
These podcasts share a little about my story, my experiences, and things I’ve learned along the way that have helped and inspired me.
